What's all the hoopla?! We're excited to announce we are now subscribing to Hoopla - an online service where you can borrow hundreds of thousands of movies, tv shows, music albums, audiobooks, ebooks and digital comics.
The first time you use Hoopla you will need to create an account. Simply enter an email address, password and your library card number. Visit www.hoopladigital.com or download the Hoopla app to get started today.
Items are available to check out any time - there are no waiting lists! Library cardholders will be allowed to borrow up to five items per month. The five checkouts will be replenished the first day of the month.
Once you select an item, click the "Borrow" button to access the item. Once an item is borrowed, it will be added to your "My Hoopla" menu. From there, you can play or view the title on your device.
Ebooks, comics, and audiobooks are checked out for 21 days. Music albums are available for 7 days. Movies and television shows are checked out for 3 days. Items will automatically expire - you do not need to return them.
