Taking care of your body and yourself is important! Join us as we learn from John Hartenberger, Physical Therapist, Orthopedic Spine Therapy. He will explain the relationship between stretching, strengthening and pain, and discuss the importance of flexibility as we age. We will explore safe, effective routines you can implement to keep you active, prevent injury and alleviate pain. Join us for one, two or all three sessions. Each session will have a different topic, see the schedule below. Refreshments will be provided and there will be time to ask one-on-one questions.
